2024年4月、駒沢学園女子高等学校に英語クラス新設しました。
現代社会が抱える諸問題を積極的に自分事として捉え、問題解決できる力を身につけ、CEFR ※ B1レベルの英語の力を養成します。

大学入試の準備も着々と。Intensive Englishでは、入試突破のための英語を集中的に学習！
1年次の3学期に3か月のターム留学を予定しています。
ターム留学は、現地の一般家庭での滞在（ホームステイ）をしながら、留学生として現地の高校に通学、学校と家庭生活の実体験を通じて異文化に触れ、そこから派生する問題を自分で解決する能力を養うことを目的としています。さらに、日本を離れ世界に飛び出すことで、視野を拡げ、国際感覚を養い、実践的な英語力の伸⻑を図ります。

I love eating delicious foods, cooking, and playing with new technology.
As a teacher, I enjoy helping students develop their own original ideas and become more confident in using English both inside and outside the classroom. I enjoy teaching through technology, discussions, communication, and some humor.

Hello, I’m Spencer,
In Canada I enjoyed skiing and climbing in the Rocky Mountains, and I’m into all kinds of sports. My background in architecture and design fuels the creativity I bring to the classroom. In Japan I am a dedicated teacher and I hope students find their own voice through practical communication, projects, fun, games, and daily conversation. The cheerful energy of students always inspires me to do my best. I enjoy talking, engaging, and collaborating outside the classroom too.
